SAP Consultant (OG, SD, MM)

We are looking for a SAP Consultant experienced with SAP Oil & Gas Secondary Distribution (OGSD) add-on and with SD and MM modules. This position will report to the ERP Manager and will be based at our offices located in Bucharest.

Your role:

The Consultant will be part of project teams implementing SAP projects for Oil&Gas clients and will also provide 2nd Level Support for Sales and Distribution and/or Materials Management related issues escalated by clients, with implications in OGSD implemented functionalities.

Blueprint of your typical responsibilities:

* Employ your consulting skills, customer oriented attitude, business processes knowledge and SAP solution expertise to provide efficient support and integrate SAP technology into the client’s complex business environment, in order to achieve client expected business results.

* Being part of projects implementation team, develop requirements, design, configure and test main Materials Management (Procure to Pay) and SAP Sales and Distribution modules (Order to Cash) in an IS-Oil&Gas environment.

* Assist customers in adopting the best solutions to adapt SAP environment to actual business requirements; perform the analysis, configuration and implementation of the minor changes or change requests approved by the customer in IS-Oil&Gas functionalities.

* Understand and address issues escalated by SAP 1st level support team; work with other team members to find and deploy solutions, provide customer training when deemed necessary by management.

What you bring:

* Participation in several successful implementations of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, training and support activities

* Preferably minimum 4 years’ experience of SAP SD / Logistics Execution / Materials Management configuration/support with IS-Oil&Gas

* Experience and knowledge of key integration points of Materials Management and Logistics modules with other SAP modules

* Business knowledge and process design skills.

* Customer management experience. Ingeniousness, inventiveness, ability to find fast and smart solution in existing SAP environment to incidents or customer’s requirements

* Strong communication and presentation skills

o Ability to clearly communicate with co-workers on the projects who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

o Be able to communicate in non-technical terms with business clients who don’t necessarily understand IT technology

* University degree in the field of Information Technology or equivalent experience and training

* Fluency in English, spoken and written. (Russian / Bulgarian / Serbian is a plus)

Preferred competencies

* Formal certification as SAP Consultant

* In-depth knowledge of OGSD 6.10 functionalities and configuration

* OGSD Data Collation functionalities (report types, item categories, preprocessing / post-

processing, data collation report posting) configuration and functionalities

* OGSD Interfaces

* Experience in SAP Idocs’ configuration and processing

Applications Support Analyst - Documentum

Main area of responsibility – Documentum applications first level Support

Blueprint of your typical responsibilities:
* Takeover of incoming customer requests and incidents;
* Initial analysis of the issue and first action for resolution, according to procedures;
* Raising issues to second level support when needed. Assisting second level support by collecting relevant information.
* Ensuring timely resolution of incidents according to SLAs.
* Reporting incidents according to Rompetrol’s ticketing system;
* Monitoring issues raised to 2nd level support;
* Ensuring functional support, coaching and training for users;
* Configuring changes and minor changes to the system;
* Monitoring/participating in installations, upgrades, patch deployment;
* Involvement in projects in the area of supported applications;
* Developing documentation of processes, procedures and applications.

Required skill set:
* Proven experience of at least 1 year in support / system administration / development of content management platform EMC Documentum;
* Knowledge of Documentum platform architecture and applications development;
* Good knowledge of DQL and DA;
* Good understanding of development on xCP and WDK;
* Good technical background of application servers and database query;
* Experience with Linux operating system, browsers, devices;
* Certification or previous experience in Documentum projects would be considered a plus;
* At least one year of experience in a software support environment;
* Experience / Knowledge with Incident tracking systems within a help desk environment;
* Incident process understanding;
* Ability to analyze the root cause of problems for a quick issue resolution;
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft® Office and collaboration tools;
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; native Romanian.
* Availability to travel to Rompetrol locations.
* Education and/or training in information technology, system administration.

Customer Support Officer with Russian

Blueprint of your typical tasks:

> Act as first point of contact on behalf of the company for any technical issue.
> Follow standard procedures in responding and diagnosing problems either in person or via e-mail/phone, ticketing system;
> Advise users on appropriate action;
> Follow-up with customers to make sure the issues have been fixed;
> Redirect incidents to appropriate departments when necessary;
> Research questions and find solutions using available information resources.

Requirements:

> Bachelor`s Degree;
> Customer support/call centre experience;
> Good MS Office skills;
> Good knowledge of Russian is mandatory;
> Good command of written and spoken English;
> Strong problem solving skills;
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
> Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative within a dynamic environment.

Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

> Accurately record and classify all incoming incidents with the appropriate priority, category and incident summary details;
> Follow standard procedures in responding and diagnosing problems for our Corporate Client via e-mail or by phone;
> Research questions and find solutions using available information resources;
> Advise users on appropriate actions regarding their requests;
> Collaborate with the Human Resources Department for the on/off boarding process of our client employees;
> Stay in close collaboration with the mobile telephony provider in order to solve tickets related to roaming, data or SIM activation;
> Ensure support for video-conference services;
> Redirect issues to appropriate support teams when necessary;
> Ensure that customer expectations are being met or exceeded during the delivery process of services.
