- Provide efficient support in order to integrate SAP technology into the more complex business environment;
- Offer guidance and training for SAP products;
- Assist customers in adopting the best solutions;
- Acquire/ share knowledge of SAP IS-Oil & Gas functionalities.
Applications Support Team
Prepare yourself to:
- Configure and support the business applications and data-base infrastructure;
- Manage multiple systems and releases of different levels of complexity;
- Work with other support teams to ensure consistency and proper issue handover.
